There currently isn't any info available for flat towing equipment for the 2022 Buick Encore GX. It will probably be some time before manufacturers are able to get one in to fabricate the correct equipment.

Roadmaster released a tech bulletin about why the positive needs to be removed instead of following the vehicle's owner's manual and disconnecting the negative post cable. The reason is because if you use the disconnect on the negative side you'll lose your towed vehicle's main ground to the chassis. Currently the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C94UR is the only receiver we carry for your 2021 Buick Encore GX. This is a class I receiver with a 1-1/4" receiver. You will not be able to find a class III receiver for your Encore due to the very low capacity of the vehicle for trailer towing and tongue weight rating.
